Welcome to Georgia Nesbitt -Saint Paul, Minnesota

As a client, I was originally drawn to House of Colour because I had been told from a young age that I was a “spring” and had tried to look into what that meant for years.

I had gone so far as to check out a book published in the 1980s from the library, but nothing ever made much sense. I liked the idea of having structure and guidelines, but what I found on my own just wasn’t helpful.

Then, through a series of fortunate events, I started following an acquaintance on Instagram. I followed her because she was so darn put together all the time and just seemed to get it, whatever “it” is. Come to find out her mother was none other than the intrepid Karen Blanc,  a House of Colour color analyst! I had never heard of House of Colour before, but it didn’t take me long to get signed up to have my colors done!

I knew from the beginning I would like to be trained to do this kind of work; I just wasn’t sure how or if it would ever work out. But learning more about House of Colour and the amazing people who do it and realizing my career as a therapist isn’t something I want to do full-time brought everything into focus. House of Colour’s process just makes sense, and I wouldn’t have moved forward if it didn’t!
