Hey there. Amanda Cather here, a born-and-raised small town Kansas native living out life in the south central portion of the flyover state. I’m a wife and mom to two ornery, adorable kiddos. As a “retired” (aka non practicing) pharmacist, I am passionate about life on the farm and ranch, raising our babies and spending time in my studio as a small business owner. Since getting my color and style done, I have gotten a lot of “Amanda, you look GREAT. I’m not sure what it is but you’re glowing.” My response has turned into a classic “...thanks and it has pockets!” type of reaction. In this case it is “Thank you so much, I’m wearing my colors. I’m a Summer.” I want this for you too!
To say that finding out what color season and style personality fit me was life-changing seems silly, but it truly was. It is so freeing to have the knowledge to walk into my closet or a store and know what will look great on me. It also brought me a whole lot of confidence. Confidence, which had slipped away from me postpartum 2 years ago. I want to share that with you. With your family and friends. I want to make access in rural Kansas a possibility…so here I am. House of Colour Amanda Cather, ready to help you find your truest, most confident self.
In my little pockets of time, I prioritize reading, drinking coffee, being outside, and rediscovering my love for running/exercise. Shoutout to endorphins.
I look forward to meeting you. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
