Over the course of a few hours, we saw one another, and very importantly, ourselves, in a new light. I didn’t know it at the time, but in that moment, House of Colour East Nashville was born. I simply had to bring this experience to others!

What does Color Analysis entail?
- Precision Draping: House of Colour has developed a world-class process to ensure you leave knowing exactly which color palette suits you best. With our precision draping technique, done under natural light, we’ll see the magic happen in real time!
- Makeup: For those who choose makeup application, we’ll discuss and apply the 90 second makeup that highlights your natural beauty, already suited to your specific coloring. You’ll have the option to leave with your favorite products, making integrating your best colors a snap.
- Tips, Tricks, and Fun!: We’ll try on every single color in your best palette, and make some notes as we discuss the process of transforming your wardrobe. We’ll cover everything from hair to accessories, and I’ll answer any questions you have. You’ll leave with a booklet containing valuable information regarding your specific coloring, and a gorgeous color swatch fan to carry with you.

Style Analysis is a unique, in-depth experience that takes into account your body architecture, your lifestyle, and your personality to deliver a customized style profile that will make shopping an easy and enjoyable experience. Not only will you know what flatters your unique proportions, but you will identify the best patterns, styles, and scale for you.
You’ll also dive into your Clothing Personality, which allows you to hone in on the overall look that feels authentically you, whether you’re dressing for a grocery run or the most important events of your life! You’ll leave with a gorgeous workbook full of resources, and a digital profile with visual inspiration and the ability to catalogue your own wardrobe.

The House of Colour East Nashville Studio is located in a private carriage house in the Lockeland Springs neighborhood of East Nashville. With plenty of natural light and space, it's the ideal setting for both Individual and Group Appointments for Color or Style!
Accomodations include:
- Two private parking spaces
- Private restroom facilities
- Light refreshments at all appointments
- Refrigerator and microwave access if needed
- Seating for group appointments
- Table for workspace or meal breaks
If you are an out of town guest, or simply enjoying East Nashville for the day, my studio is centrally located to a variety of amazing and delicious restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, as well as local boutique shopping. Minutes from dining and shopping off Eastland Ave, the Shops at Porter East, Five Points, Shops at Fatherland, and more!

Get dressed every day with purpose, ease, and JOY! A color analysis provides you with life-changing information. Using precision-dyed drapes and my extensive training I will prove to you the value of knowing your season; a palette of colors customized to your unique undertones. We apply this information to women, men, and children of all races, ethnicities, and genders. Your season will never change so this is information you can carry with you for a lifetime.
There are three parts to every color session. First is our world-class, scientific draping process that we have refined for excellence and accuracy over the past four decades. Next, I will provide advice on jewellery, watches, glasses, and when applicable: hair and makeup based on your season. Our makeup products will take the guesswork out of choosing colors that highlight your natural beauty. Finally, we'll dive further into your season and choose the best colors for your casual and professional life, discovering your list of WOW colors.
You will leave your appointment with a fan of your seasonal swatches and a brochure full of tips and reminders specific to you that you can reference later to make shopping and wearing your new colors a confident experience!
You should arrive at your analysis free of spray tans and makeup for optimal accuracy. No pictures will be taken without permission, nor are they shared on social media without your consent.

Discover the science behind personal style by unlocking the power of you. During a style analysis, I'll teach you how to combine who you are with how you dress so you can step out into the world looking fabulous as your authentic self. We consider your proportions, personality, and preferences to give you a style framework- we call this a “Clothing Personality. You will confidently know which fabrics, prints, patterns, and accessories, necklines, details, and silhouettes flatter your unique body architecture best. Because we factor your personality into this framework, our style analysis goes a step further to help you identify how you feel in different styles and pieces so your clothing not only looks great but also represents who you are.
For this appointment, you’ll bring 5–10 items from your closet that you LOVE and 5–10 that make you wonder why you don’t feel good when putting them on. We'll use this information to help you discover why you gravitated toward and loved certain pieces and what it is about the others that weren't working for you, so you save time and money in the future! At House of Colour, we believe clothing needs to be adjusted to you, not the other way around. It is our goal to make sure you feel your most confident as who you are and how you look right now.
You’ll leave with a book with detailed information specific to you that we'll fill out during the appointment and a Clothing Personality card with keywords that will help guide you when shopping. If you've already had a color analysis, this card can be inserted into your fan which will make shopping easy and efficient!

This appointment is designed to take the knowledge you gained in your color and/or style appointment and apply it to your own specific wardrobe. I will help you filter through the pieces you don't wear so you can donate them and provide joy to someone else and keep your own closet free from clutter so you can better mix and match pieces in your wardrobe to create more looks with fewer items.
