Before discovering House of Colour, I often reached for what felt safe: my black-and-denim uniform. Endless clothing colors and makeup shades left me feeling overwhelmed, so I stopped experimenting and kept returning to what I knew. I didn’t realize my wardrobe had stopped reflecting who I was — I simply didn’t have the tools to understand what truly worked for me.

After spending more than 20 years in the mental health field helping people better understand themselves and build confidence, I was surprised by how much the House of Colour tools helped me quiet the noise, discover my personal style, and show up differently in the world. That realization inspired me to become a Certified House of Colour Stylist so I could help others experience the same clarity, ease, and joy.
