My Journey to Yours
I come from a beauty-industry family, and from a young age I understood how deeply our confidence is tied to feeling good in our own skin!
I began my career in the image consulting industry over a decade ago, taking a short break when my twins were born. During that post-partum season, I felt my personal style slipping away into nursing tops, sweatpants, and whatever was easiest for chasing toddlers. I knew I needed a reset.
That’s when I booked my own color analysis—honestly, more for fun than necessity. As a stylist, I thought I already “knew” what mattered: trends, fashion, and what was in. But the moment those drapes came out, I was shocked. With each shift of color, I literally saw the light fade or return to my face. Suddenly, it clicked: my lackluster appearance wasn’t about motherhood—it was about the wrong colors.
For the first time in a while, I felt beautiful. I was excited to get dressed up again. I felt like me.
When I returned to work as a stylist, I knew I couldn’t keep this discovery to myself. I trained with House of Colour to bring the Gold Standard of Color Analysis into my practice, and it has since become the heart of what I do.
I’ve now had the honor of guiding hundreds of men, women and children through this same experience—watching them come alive as they discover the power of their own unique coloring. It’s more than style. It’s life-giving.
