CURATING CONFIDENCE THROUGH PERSONAL STYLING & COLOR ANALYSIS
Discover the science behind personal style by unlocking the power of you. During a style analysis, I'll teach you how to combine who you are with how you dress so you can step out into the world looking fabulous as your authentic self. We consider your proportions, personality, and preferences to give you a style framework- we call this a “Clothing Personality. You will confidently know which fabrics, prints, patterns, and accessories, necklines, details, and silhouettes flatter your unique body architecture best. Because we factor your personality into this framework, our style analysis goes a step further to help you identify how you feel in different styles and pieces so your clothing not only looks great but also represents who you are.
For this appointment, you’ll bring 5–10 items from your closet that you LOVE and 5–10 that make you wonder why you don’t feel good when putting them on. We'll use this information to help you discover why you gravitated toward and loved certain pieces and what it is about the others that weren't working for you, so you save time and money in the future! At House of Colour, we believe clothing needs to be adjusted to you, not the other way around. It is our goal to make sure you feel your most confident as who you are and how you look right now.
You’ll leave with a book with detailed information specific to you that we'll fill out during the appointment and a Clothing Personality card with keywords that will help guide you when shopping. If you've already had a color analysis, this card can be inserted into your fan which will make shopping easy and efficient!

Share the Experience!!
During this Initial Style Session you will learn your body architecture and clothing personality. These tools enable you to continually learn how to dress your body shape and proportions in the most flattering way - and also how to reflect your inner personality through your clothes and details. At the end of the style appointment you will have an understanding of the styles and shapes of clothing that work best for you and why. You will be equipped with the foundational knowledge you need to start building your own capsule wardrobe in a style that is authentic and unique to you.
Once you have completed both your Color and Style sessions you will understand what works for your architecture, skin tone and your personality which will empower you to express yourself with a style that feels totally authentic to you. You will know how to utilize the pieces you already have in your wardrobe to create many outfits in your capsule collection and be able to identify the gaps, for your shopping ‘wish list’!
Get dressed every day with purpose, ease, and JOY! A color analysis provides you with life-changing information. Using precision-dyed drapes and my extensive training I will prove to you the value of knowing your season; a palette of colors customized to your unique undertones. We apply this information to women, men, and children of all races, ethnicities, and genders. Your season will never change so this is information you can carry with you for a lifetime.
There are three parts to every color session. First is our world-class, scientific draping process that we have refined for excellence and accuracy over the past four decades. Next, I will provide advice on jewellery, watches, glasses, and when applicable: hair and makeup based on your season. Our makeup products will take the guesswork out of choosing colors that highlight your natural beauty. Finally, we'll dive further into your season and choose the best colors for your casual and professional life, discovering your list of WOW colors.
You will leave your appointment with a fan of your seasonal swatches and a brochure full of tips and reminders specific to you that you can reference later to make shopping and wearing your new colors a confident experience!
You should arrive at your analysis free of spray tans and makeup for optimal accuracy. No pictures will be taken without permission, nor are they shared on social media without your consent.

This appointment is part of our full compliment of styling services. It doesn’t matter what order you complete them in, but in order to gain the full benefit, we believe you need to understand how to develop your own personal style for now and for the future!
This appointment is designed to take the knowledge you gained in your color and/or style appointment and apply it to your own specific wardrobe. I will help you filter through the pieces you don't wear so you can donate them and provide joy to someone else and keep your own closet free from clutter so you can better mix and match pieces in your wardrobe to create more looks with fewer items.
Hourly Rate: $150
Minimum of 2 Hours
Advanced Color Analysis is an opportunity revisit your season, refresh your seasonal color knowledge and build upon the foundation of your personal color analysis. It’s something you may want to explore at least three to six months after your initial House of Colour color analysis (I am happy to discuss ideal timing with you).
During this appointment, we'll dive deeper into the specifics of your season and show you color combos, and more makeup options, and provide guidance specific to you.
You will leave your appointment with an Advanced Color guide in your season where we will log all color and make up combinations (we rate them too!) for future reference. You may pair this guide with your fan and color brochure you received at your first color analysis to further customize your look.
Sessions take approximately two to three hours and we will review 40+ color combinations in your season.

WOW. Sandy did both my style and color appointments, and I can't get over how fun and insightful the experiences were!
First, I didn't really know what to expect with the style appointment. Truthfully, I was worried it would be all about getting out of my comfort zone and being "trendy," and that was not the focus at all! Sandy was able to help me successfully create and establish my own style based on my personality and body geometrics. It was not about creating a brand new image; it was about refining/polishing my wardrobe in order to flatter my body and show my own personal style and personality. At my second appointment, she studied my undertones to help me find the colors that look the best/are the most flattering on me. Not only did this help me sift through my wardrobe to find clothes that flatter me, but with this information, she helped me find make-up colors that made my skin glow because I finally had makeup that actually highlighted my features (my old makeup was a hodge-podge of seasons/colors that seemed to clash and cover my features). By the end of the session, I felt like I looked more like ME. After both appointments (and I definitely recommend doing both!), I have been applying my knowledge, pairing both my color and style results, and finding more confidence when I walk out of the house each day!
